DermaSaver Leg

The DermaSaver Leg stays in place to protect fragile skin from pressure, friction, and minor traumas that result in tears, bruising, and abrasions. It consists of two layers of soft, lightweight MicroSping Textile that forms a loose-fitting tube. Unlike traditional fabric sleeves or stockings that are tight and binding, the layers of microfilaments allow air-flow and moisture transfer.

To use: Slip the tube over the leg. There are no hook and loop fasteners or tight-fitting spandex. The narrower end of the tube gently rests on the ankle to keep it from falling off. The cross microfilaments in the MicroSpring Textile allow the tubes to be self-supporting. This prevents the DermaSaver from falling down and bunching up.

Each layer of MicroSpring textile has 4,000 microfilaments per square inch to act as mini pressure reducing springs. Microfilaments flex to reduce pressure on bony prominences and cushion fragile skin from bumps and abrasions that cause skin tears. Latex-free. 94% polyester, 6% spandex.
