Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delays are informed after order is received and will be relayed via email. Products with special lead times are also noted on the website.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within India. International shipping may be offered in the future—please contact us if you have inquiries about overseas orders.

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. From time to time, free shipping promotions may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delays and Liability

MedVenta India is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address at checkout.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, delivered damaged, or items are missing, please contact us at medventaindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date). We will investigate with our logistics partners and resolve the issue promptly.
